The Bible in the New Age History has shown that there are millions of Bibles sold each year, although they are practically unreadable without help. Also, human beings possess an intellectual challenge as well, so even if one were to actually read Scripture, most assuredly they read it with preconceived ideas about why they are reading it and what they expect to find. Likewise, in the Good Book most would expect to see the Word of God laid out in text, but understanding what The Word of God really is also provides the added challenge to overcome preconceived notions and see the value of the endeavor. This short work might simply be seen as an extended essay expressing a point of view, idea, or belief by the writer on a topic of interest. As a modern Messenger, the author of this short piece is also an Educator. Since it can be assumed that most people know what the Bible is but never read it, we note that it is primarily a recorded historical document that often times challenges credibility if one is looking for a literal translation of its contents. There are so many contradictions in it especially when we came to realize in the Modern Era nearly all of the Bible itself is filled with legends, folklore, poetry, and outright fiction that sometimes tends to be allegorical and metaphorical in nature. This anthology is an enigma much more often than not. I encourage readers to see this work as a starting point of a renewal of learning about the Word of God and assessing its value by personal contemplation or social interaction with others who are curious about what the future holds for all mankind. Chapter 1 is an introduction to the idea that Hebrew Scripture, and by extension the Old Testament, is a product of many authors over an extended period of time. I also note that much of the information contained in it comes from legends and folklore in the oral tradition. Therefore, this is a summary of what is in the Old Testament with occasional comments by the author. However, it needs to be made abundantly clear that the Bible was seen as the Word of God which it is, and the literal Truth which it clearly is not. Hebrew Scripture is an artifact of history and what is written must be seen as an act of Faith that contains the seeds of Truth in it. Chapter 2 is basically a summary of the New Testament with an occasional observation of reflection by the author. Although it was written two or more generations after the death of Christ and is clearly the work of Jews and gentiles who believed that Jesus of Nazareth was the Messiah, it is also a political document reflecting the Gospel writers’ biases and prejudices as well. Chapter 3 charts the course of The Great Monotheist Faiths and the rise of Western civilization after the time of Christ and extending into the end of the Modern Age. Chapter 4 is a roadmap of sorts that will show where the new Messenger is headed in the foreseeable future using available technology. Since the status quo of life is no longer sustainable, I offer a preview of changes that begin with America. It is also made clear that when God wants change he chooses a Messenger to convey his updated communication with humanity. A Preview
